Meet the team
Rob
Rob has been involved in the appraisal industry since 1998. He began his career as an appraisal assistant while he was in college working towards his business degree. When he and Renee moved to California after graduation, he went to work with his computer networking knowledge for a startup appraisal company that grew nationwide. Additionally, he serves his fellow appraisal colleagues on the board for the Real Estate Appraiser Association Sacramento Chapter as Past President and as Treasurer for the REAA Corporate Board. Rob is a Designated Member of the National Association of Appraisers and a 2020 graduate of the Leadership Roseville program sponsored by the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Renee
Renee has a marketing degree and has used her experience to help grow DVS Appraisals from the ground up. When their family began to grow, Renee left the insurance industry and brought her marketing and business knowledge to pair with Rob's technical and industry knowledge to create DVS Appraisals, Inc. Renee is a 2019 graduate of the Leadership Roseville program, sponsored by the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce, a director and active member of the Roseville Rotary club, President of the Roseville City School District Foundation, and serves the community on the Roseville Grants Advisory Commission. Rob and Renee love entertaining, cooking, supporting their kids in their activities, spending time with family and friends, gardening, and spontaneous trips to the mountains, lakes, and beaches.
