Rob
Rob Perez has served the greater Sacramento region as a residential appraiser since 1998 and is known as a trusted resource within the real estate community. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for handling complex residential properties and assignments involving divorce, probate, estate planning, litigation, and other matters where a credible, well-supported value opinion is especially important.
With a practical and grounded approach, Rob helps clients and real estate professionals better understand the valuation issues that can influence decisions, negotiations, and outcomes. He is also a recognized expert witness and has provided testimony in Sacramento, Yuba, Placer, and Yolo Counties.
Rob currently serves as President of the Real Estate Appraisers Association Corporate Board, is a Designated Member of the National Association of Appraisers and is a graduate of Leadership Roseville.
Renee
Renee Perez is a co-owner of DVS Appraisals, Inc. and has helped grow the company through her background in marketing, business development, and strategic relationship-building. She is especially known for connecting professionals and organizations in ways that create shared value, strengthen partnerships, and support the greater good within the community.
Renee has earned a strong reputation in the Roseville business community as a trusted connector and advocate for collaboration. Her work focuses on helping people access the relationships and resources that allow them to grow, contribute, and maximize their potential.
A graduate of Leadership Roseville, Renee was honored with the Ed Friedman Community Service Award in 2025 and was named Ambassador of the Year in 2026 by the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce for her outstanding work connecting local businesses with opportunities and community resources.
